Eos Beach Hotel

We arrived at the hotel on June 9th, we spent 15 days here. The first impression of the room was okay. However, we were not surprised when after the first day our room was not cleaned and the cleanliness was not completely up to par. After our complaint, Olga tried to fix everything. She tried to accommodate us, but she could not keep track of everything, so after our complaint, the room was cleaned properly only for two days. Unfortunately, we had to go to Olga again. This time the cleaning was better until the end of our stay. As an apology, we received wine and fruit. Olga does her job well and we were very satisfied with her care for us. However, I would replace the cleaner at the snack bar, as he brushed against people during cleaning and sometimes it was annoying for the guests, it does not do the hotel's reputation any good. The food was not bad but it was adapted to Russian guests, it was more or less repetitive but the taste of the food was good. But I can highlight the animation team, Melike whom the children loved did an amazing mini disco, Furkan made the day better when he stopped by and talked to us, the girl who did darts was very nice and funny. I can also mention the parties that are held twice a week on the beach, very good DJ, we always had a good time. The hotel is smaller, the beach is more or less rocky. The pools are also quite small. We felt good in the hotel but I would recommend it more for less demanding people.

We stayed at the Eos hotel for 15 days. After arriving at the hotel, we were unpleasantly surprised. The cleanliness was not as expected. The room was renovated and nice. We were unpleasantly surprised when our room was not cleaned the next day. After complaining, it changed by 200%. Olga solved all the problems. Olga is very nice and helpful. She does her job 200%. Thanks to her, our vacation was amazing❤️. The animation team was very nice. Melika in the kids club was amazing, the kids love her and her mini disco is super, not only the kids but also the parents danced❤️. Furkan, the head of the animators, is a great person, always in a good mood, smiling and nice. ☺️The animator Asa and her darts were always fun. very nice, smiling, full of good energy. ❤️There is a party at the hotel twice a week. It is great fun for all ages. Dj Arda always moved our hips, legs and whole body. We always had a great time. I rate the party as the best thing in the hotel. The cleaner at the snack bar is the only negative, because he was pushing people while cleaning and it was annoying when eating, it doesn't look good. The food is more adapted to Russian tourists. The beach is more or less rocky. The pool is small.

We were not satisfied. At the beginning, they placed us in a basement room that smelled of sewage and dampness. We immediately expressed our dissatisfaction, but the staff was very rude and said that we got what we paid for (even though we had paid for a large family room). They then told us we could get a new room the next day and that we should spend one night in the basement room. The next day, it was the same story – they said they didn’t have a room for us. When I made a scene and said we would no longer stay there and that we paid for a proper stay, they gave us a small room, which at least didn’t smell.I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The beds for children are very low, and our daughter kept hitting her head every time sie gets up. I was also surprised that the pool was dirty, as guests were spitting and cleaning their noses while swimming. There was absolutely no sense of decency, and the staff didn’t warn them even once that such behavior was inappropriate. For families with children, this hotel has nothing to offer!
