Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Heva, the receptionist checking me in and out, was extremely helpful throughout. She provided me with a great room on the seventh floor, stored my luggage for me and ensured I could stay in the hotel while waiting for my flight back home. She definitely enhanced this trip for me. Breakfast is extraordinary with a large variety of breads, spreads, fruits and other breakfast items. Staff at the spa and pool are attentive and made sure nothing was lacking. What a great way to end my holiday.
Mr Ali Al Hellani, is highly professional and has great customer service skills. He resolved my issue promptly and quickly highly recommend. He knows exactly how to deal with customers. Very nice guy , definitely recommend this hotel the manager at the pool was excellent and very helpful.
Great security and staff are helpful with taxis or ordering food from outside of the hotel. The rooms are spacious. However, the des and floors of the rooms were not clean. Most of the food is overpriced.
