Esquisse Design Hotel

This hotel is truly amazing! The indoor and outdoor pools, traditional rooms, decorations, garden - everything was very beautiful. Food was also delicious. Finally, they have the friendliest, most helpful and positive staff I have ever seen! Thank you all for making our vacation so awesome!❤️❤️❤️

I liked the hotel’s design — it’s beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. However, there was no parking space available, and due to the limited area, we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor pool as it was impossible to find a free sunbed.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The restaurant didn’t have any drinks available — they simply said they were "out of drinks." Out of the 15 cocktails listed on the menu, they only had 1 or 2 available, and even then, the staff couldn’t explain what they were when I asked. While I was taking a shower, both the electricity and water were suddenly cut off, and I had to wait around 15 minutes before I could continue. The hotel was hosting an opening event for their second restaurant and had invited a number of influencers. Because of these temporary guests, I was told there were no parking spots left for me, and I had to park my car outside on the street, outside of the hotel premises. Due to the event, it was impossible to relax — influencers were taking videos and photos constantly, everywhere around us. It felt more like a filming set than a place to unwind, and it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I had prepaid for three nights, but after staying for just two, I informed the staff that I wanted to leave early because of all these issues. I checked out at 11 AM, but I still haven’t received a refund for the third night (even though I was promised to) - this sole fact is enough to understand what kind of hotel this is. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, comfort, or a peaceful stay. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
