ESTELAR Vista Pacífico Hotel y Centro de Convenciones

The hotel has potential. It needs a little bit of love. The walls need repainting as well as patching up of cracks and holes. They need a cleaning crew to maintain the hallways, floors and lobby areas clean. The rooms need to be maintained as well there’s walls that are peeling and cracked and need to be painted. The cleanliness is also not good. They never came to clean my room I had to request towels. There was flies in the dinning area, it’s opened so that’s something that is going to happen, but they can put a fan or air flow to prevent the flies from coming in and invading the food. Also there’s no entertainment at all. In the evenings they can have silent disco, karaoke stuff like that on the area where they have the pool table. Like I said it needs more love and attention and then it will be much better.

The pictures do not reflect the experience we had. The hotel lacks maintenance, the breakfast is chaos and not good and the check in/check out is not pleasant. We went and stayed overnight to attend a wedding nearby and luckily did not spend too much time there.

Place is horrible, stay away! We had 2 rooms here for 2 nights. No where near a 5 star anything. Zero air conditioning except in the restaurant. Zero fans provided even after they were promised. Security watches you like your in a prison. The host never has your name on the continental breakfast list, have to go fight with the front desk every morning. The restaurant was always out of every item you order at dinner. My Daughter asked for a chocolate milk shake. They bring her a vanilla one with chocolate syrup on it? The swim up bar closed at 4pm.
