Ethiopian Skylight Hotel

I’ve had the opportunity to visit Skylight Hotel several times, and during my visits, I had the pleasure of interacting with several waitstaff. One person who truly stood out was hostess Miss Tihtna. Her consistently professional, respectful, and energetic service left a lasting impression. She always welcomed guests with a warm smile and radiated an unstoppable, positive energy throughout all customers.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Loved the idea of having different dining options. For the most part the food is well prepared and service is top notch. I had the pleasure of being served by Maheder (on the terrace) on several occasions. What a lovely young lady who is so professional and attentive. Definitely stood out amongst the serving staff. Well done.

Security-friendly Hotel stuff-helpful and friendly Facility-stunning Rooms-lovely, lovely, lovely Housekeeping needs to fully refurbish rooms daily and not based on what they feel needs to be replaced. A simple thing like sanitary bag, with a female guest, it's not something you decide ad-hoc not to refurbish. Restaurant- good food but the staff could do with some improvement especially because the service fee is forced, and not volunteered. The Restaurant staff can do with offering a bit more service, which we pay for.
