Amazing hotel. I choose this hotel becuase of the pick up and drop off services at the airport. But if I would have to highlight something would be the hotel facilities. The bed was super comfortable, just what you need after a long flight. I was surprised with all the amenities the room had. Every employee I met with treated me amazing and I would recommend it to everyone I know.
I stayed there for 1 night coming to the country, and then 2 nights before I was out of Vzla as well. Great service Overall! They have several ways to reserve your room without having to pay for it in advanced (multiple payment options too). Staff was amazing, reception desk and check in process was smooth. They were able to help me get some documents printed that I needed for my travel which was a plus. Breakfast buffet was really good. Food was amazing (I am a Venezuelan so I appreciated the Venezuelan options) although they also have regular continental options for foreigners. Cheese selection, natural orange juice, all of it! They have a really good gym (didn't use it lol) but passed by and really top notch. Very close to the airport with transportation in and out included in the room rate. The only downside from the Hotel was the Food at the Mr. GRILL restaurant. I thought it was very expensive and low quality. In my first day, I got a steak with yuca frita and vegetables. Everything was cold, no salt on the veggies or the yuca. Really bad for a 30$ food. On the 2nd day I ordered a chicken burguer (15$) and a Cesar salad (10$). Burguer was terrible (dry) almost no chicken, all cold too. Fried were decent. The Cesar salad had too much sauce (was a dressing soup) and very small for its price. I would definitely come back but I will not order in their restaurant again (MR GRILL)
Took about 25 minutes for the front desk to check us in and nobody was in front of us. . Then our room didn't have AC. Basically it felt like a 3.5 * hotel with typical Venezuela service. It would be fantastic for some western hospitality specialist to come to come here and properly train people how to work hard, fast and with a smile.... I'm sure their financial.situstion would turn around if people actually worked hard here.... It feels everyone moves at about 15% of the rate they actually can.... Quite frustrating
