The location is ideal for exploring the city, but what truly stood out was the staff — incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, especially during the unexpected power outage. They went above and beyond to assist guests and made everyone feel cared for. Our room was spacious, the bathroom modern and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, a great way to start each day. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
An amazing location and outstanding customer service. The rooms room are small, but extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the wonderful shower and bathroom. I have stayed at others Eurostars that are very well decorated and refined. My biggest complaint was that I wasn't able to charge my cell as the one in Barcelona. I had to use transformers.
Overall our stay here was pleasant. The rooms are nice although the bathrooms are small. The staff was friendly and the hotel was well kept. They didn’t have a restaurant in the hotel though (besides the breakfast buffet) and the lobby bar often did not have any one there to accommodate guests. The location is great and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
