all the staff were so friendly and attentive, rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast was great, metro and bus stations right outside in a good location. Would stay again

Our room was clean and the staff was good but not exceptional. Our breakfast buffet at the hotel was very good and better than dinner. We heard fainted music with strong bass, probably coming from upstairs, at night. To be fair, we didn't mention to the hotel staff for we were too tired. All and all, a pretty good hotel.

I don't know how this is rated as a 4 star hotel. The rooms are basic but clean, yet as others have mentioned not at all soundproof. Personally I found the mattresses and pillows too hard to sleep even decently on, and it would have been nice to have at least water and coffee in the room. There's also no irons or ironing boards provided unless requested, so be forewarned if you're here for a work event. Breakfast was dismal although the coffee and fruit were both very good. The staff was somewhere between neutral and negative, certainly nothing to model good service on - I tried to access the gym and was told I had to "activate my key" which I thought meant just to check in which I'd already done, so when I returned after that key didn't work I was chastised by the woman at the front desk for "running away and not listening to her colleague" who didn't explain that activating the key was a separate process. Pretty rude comment to direct towards a guest imo. I really regret staying here and frankly can't wait for this work trip to be over so I can get out of this place.
