Eurostars Pórtico Alicante

Rooms - spacious and just what you need for a night in Alicante! Very clean and comfortable hotel. Service - nice and friendly, gave great instructions for the parking. Location - probably the best option if you want to be right in the centre and near everything. It was easy to get to and not too busy in the evening so you could sleep well.

Fantastic location close to between Santa Barbara, casco antiguo, the beach and paseo marítimo. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and very high spec. Service was great, breakfast was good quality. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. You can't really stop near the hotel because it's in the square with the ayuntamiento, we stopped just to drop our bags off and the police told us we needed to move the car immediately. The parking is off site in the casino, about a 5 minute walk in the marina, but easy enough to get in/out of.

We had such a wonderful experience at Eurostars Pórtico Alicante, truly a 5 star stay for us, from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and has a simple yet elegant design. Our room was modern but with white traditional stone walls, sleek fixtures, and a really cozy feel. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved having tea, coffee, a minibar, and plenty of closet space, all those thoughtful touches made a big difference. The bathroom was spotless and had everything new and shiny, including a great towel warmer and a separate shower and toilet, We had huge windows with a beautiful view of a plaza full of restaurants surrounded by palm trees and also the mountain, but thanks to the blackout curtains and great soundproofing, it was totally peaceful inside even though it was so lively outside. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Alicante’s old town. Step outside and you’re surrounded by restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream places, and lovely plazas. We honestly didn’t want to leave! What really made our stay special, though, was the amazing customer service. Everyone at the front desk was kind and welcoming, but a special shoutout to Miss Judit, who went above and beyond for us. She helped us check in early when my kids weren’t feeling well, and was incredibly sweet and helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone. They prepared the room with little plush bears for the kids, and the sofa bed was set up and ready, such a thoughtful touch! Everything was set up perfectly, from the kettle with tea to the robes and slippers. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. If you’re heading to Alicante, we 100% recommend staying here. It was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Europe so far and we’d go back in a heartbeat!
