The housekeeping team is quick to respond to my requests. 👍 There are hot and cold bath, which is the highlight. Amenities provided are good. Buffet breakfast was great! Rooms are clean and good. A nice park just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Definitely recommend.
The room service was excellent. She solved so many of my requests. Also, the front desk explained my questions with patience and help me more than they can. I was so thrilled for their enthusiasm.
My first experience staying at a hotel in Tainan. There's parking and the overall experience was good. They have an outdoor pool, which my son and I spent most of our time. They have other facilities but I had to take care of my son. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. If I come back to Tainan, I would stay here again.
