The mini hotel met our expectations. The decor was brilliant, you can really feel a fairy-tale atmosphere. Room with a private bathroom, very cozy, breakfast in the form of a buffet, very tasty and great service. Good value for money. A wonderful location in a park right in the center. Near the city thermal baths and free parking. I heartily recommend.

21st and 16th century well combined!! The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have the best quality service and lack nothing during your stay. Spacey and clean rooms and bathrooms, delicious meal. Never had such a great experience in a long time!

We came from aboard so we had a very high expectations before coming here. I don’t usually leave a bad comment but the experience was surprisingly disappointing. Hot water suddenly stopped after 5 mins showering and never came back for no reason. No reception after 10pm. No one answered the phone. It should not be defined as a hotel, more like an Airbnb. Most shockingly, next day the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lied to us in front of our face saying there’s no one called for help. But we did. She turned around and left. No apologies. No refund. Everyone was saying it’s not their fault…(what??) They did not do anything to help or improve, only want us to leave. I would not recommend.
