Fabulous 8 Bed Championsgate Golf Resort Pool Home Davenport

We paid almost 3k for 4.5 days in one of their rentals and it was infested with German cockroaches and fire ants when we walked in. I asked to be moved to another rental that day because myself and 11 family members were uncomfortable and didn't want to bring any infestations back to our own homes, I was told by TopVilla and Championsgate property management they didn't know if they had anywhere to move us so we couldnt be moved. I checked their site and they had several that could accommodate that were still available for the day we checked in. Property management came out a day and a half later to spray for the pests, twice, we still had live roaches crawling everywhere the day we checked out. They wanted all of us to leave for a day (out of a 5 day total stay) so they could spray but offered no incentive to make up for a day lost that we would have had to make other arrangments for. Property maintenance also just walked into the occupied home without notifying anyone they had arrived, my children could have been indecent. That's unacceptable. They told me they wouldn't issue any sort of refund for the gross inconvenience because the issue was 'resolved' within 48 hours. I'd say, live roaches throughout our entire stay was not 'resolved'. If I read it correctly, Florida laws deem a roach infested rental as inhabitable.

Please do not select properties through Magical Vacation homes. I am staying at a property (TR_015M) Champions Retreat. Upon arrival, the home appeared to be visually acceptable. After touring the home, we noticed the air conditioning in the game room was inoperable; the pool has debri and algae buildup. We called several times to have the issues fixed. Each representative have different versions of lip service to rectify the issues. The last representive told us that algae and mold in the pool is safe. To boot, we paid for a pool heater and can not use the pool. This management company is completely unprofessional and they absolutely DO NOT PROPERLY MANAGE OR MAINTAIN HOMES.......BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I haven’t arrived yet because even though we booked this in November through RCI, they are saying they have no reservation. RCI has sent another confirmation but this resort does not respond to messages. I am very concerned about this as we leave in 2 days and drive 900 miles and are not sure if we have a place to stay! Terrible customer service before we even arrive!
