Fairmont El San Juan Hotel

I had an amazing experience at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful—lush gardens, stunning beachfront, and stylish decor throughout. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with great views. The pools and beach area were well-maintained, and the restaurants offered delicious food with a great mix of local and international options. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and vibrant island energy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

I had an amazing time at the pool of the San Juan Hotel. The service was top-notch! Jean Carlos was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. He truly went above and beyond. Katherine, our server, was also fantastic—always smiling, very professional, and quick with our orders. She made us feel welcome and added to the great experience. Thanks to both Jean Carlos and Katherine, our pool day was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for excellent service and a relaxing vibe!
