Fairmont San Francisco

Beautiful Gilded Age hotel! We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary & definitely chose the right place. Loved the Friday Champagne bar in the lobby, festive way to start the weekend. The Hotel acknowledged our anniversary celebration with a platter of macarons delivered to our room with a lovely card. Sunday brunch in the Laurel Court was delicious. We also enjoyed the Nob Hill Nosh, French fries & dirty Martinis, in the lobby bar. And of course dinner in the Tonga Room was iconic. Our room was located in the tower, it was tastefully decorated, comfortable, enjoyed the soaking tub & walk in shower & the cable car view was very entertaining. Already planning our next stay. Highly recommend!

We visited for a anniversary getaway. The staff was sure to make us feel welcome and our stay was perfect. When I booked they were sure to help me get a room with a view. They took care of all of the details and every staff member we interacted with went out of there way to help and make us feel welcomed. The cable cards made for easy access to the hotel , the hills we had to climb were never a problem for us. This stay has made me want to look into more of their l hotels. Great experience!!

We stayed at the Fairmont during Pride Month and absolutely loved our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and celebrated—the numerous Pride flags on display throughout the property were such a beautiful and inclusive touch. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and our room was spotless with stunning views. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, and the location couldn’t be better—convenient, vibrant, and full of energy. It was also surprisingly family-friendly, which we truly appreciated. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, high-quality stay, especially during Pride!
