Really pleasant experience with the front desk lady (forgot her name - I think she wears braces!). Made my wife and myself feel at home with her kind words and demeanour. When she knew we were celebrating my birthday, she offered to send a cake. A great surprise!

We have had a lovely stay at the Fairmont Singapore. Our room was spacious, the bathroom a good size. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast (buffet) served in Prego was one of the best buffet (hotel) breakfasts I have encountered with lots of fresh fruit and veggies and a wide range of options to choose from. The location is excellent for shopping and walking to other sights. The pool area is great and the pool refreshing, although at times can be crowded.
