I recently stayed at Featherlight Evoma Hotel, Bangalore for three nights and would like to share my experience. The property is clearly designed with events and conferences in mind, and on that front, it delivers quite well. The food quality was genuinely impressive 🍽️, with a diverse spread and rich flavours—certainly a highlight of the stay. However, the experience at the restaurant during event-driven buffet hours was noticeably subpar. The staffing was inadequate, leading to delays and lack of attention, which takes away from the otherwise excellent dining experience. Now coming to the room quality—I’d say it’s functional but far from premium. The air conditioning system had a mind of its own, tripping frequently, which was quite frustrating. Most importantly, the bathrooms are outdated and poorly maintained. They definitely need a complete overhaul, both in terms of plumbing and aesthetics. It simply didn’t feel hygienic or welcoming to use. On the positive side, the beds and linen were decent, making sleep comfortable enough.
