One of the best hotels I’ve been in the Alps! Totally recommended!

absolutely do not recommend!!! First of all, I wanted to give a positive review, because the room was sufficient and clean for our 2-night long stay. We thought only the breakfast was poor and the food a bit "tired", but everyone can have a different opinion on a good breakfast. The towels smelled musty, but we didn't mind, we had our own. So why don't I recommend it? On the first day, we went on a day trip and after our return, our friend found out that he had lost 1 can of beer, we were surprised, but we didn't do anything about it. On the second day we went to breakfast, there were 4 bottles of beer on the windowsill, after our arrival from breakfast there were only 2 bottles. We confronted the owner, who claimed that someone must have entered the room through the (closed) balcony door, because she was the only one with the key. She did not aggravate the situation in any way. Later, I read all the reviews on Booking, Google and Tripadvisor, where we found out that we are far from the first to whom this has happened and that it is the owner who steals the alcohol. It's sad that the owner has a problem with alcohol, but this really shouldn't happen, robbing guests!!! Alexandra please do not write, that it is not your place, as usual.

These people STEAL without remorse. Clearly alcoholic. Blatantly took a bottle of wine from my room while I was out in the afternoon. I was the only guest. Who does that? Honestly? The go though your stuff and take what they want. Needles to say the 2nd day of my vacation was mentally ruined and I was shocked for a few more days trying to process how can people act like this. Yes the location is nicely situated but BE FREAKING SMART. All pensions in Austria more or less have a similar view and setup. Look someplace else unless you wish to get rid of your stuff and alcohol. If you read this, you're already more informed than I was. Good luck on your vacation. .
