Festa Chamkoria Forest Residence

The location is wow. I loved it. Quietly, clean, fresh air. In the middle of the forest. The rooms very spacious and clean. Fully equipped apartment. Very kind people. We loved it. The road in okish, not bad not great. The apartment was very clean, however, it needs some restoration. The furniture looks worned and the some of chairs falling apart. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of mosquitoes nest, but on the last floor was difficult to mount some on the velux windows (but not impossible). Keeping windows closed in summer at last floor was very hot. Also no air conditioning. But again, I would definitely come back !

Very secluded which is both a pro and a con – it's really quiet in a really nice forest area so you can have great rest. But it also takes a good 15-min drive to get to Borovetz. Staff is extremely nice and helpful and the property takes dogs, which is a big plus.

The rooms and chalet were fine. There wasn't any effort of coziness unfortunately. We arrived really late because of our flights. Unfortunately there wasn't any shop nearby and there wasn't even a small bottle of water. For 5 days we had only a few toilet papers provided which was not enough for 9 people. Basically salt and nailon bags were provided only. Spacious and great quiet location. The communication with the owner was great. Unfortunately the sauna worked after the 2nd day and the breakfast as the chalet is not worth any penny as we paid 7.5€ per person for nothing really quality. Sauna and thermal pool was offered at the chalets and the staff was quite friendly. Shuttle busses move every few hours to Borovet's village I recommend this place if u want to have a huge house for your vacations and big family I will choose this place again with more communication hopefully in all aspects
