We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hidden gem of the coffee axis. In the heart of Quindío, Hotel Los Otobos offered us a weekend of unparalleled rest. The kindness, service and friendliness of the managers Diana and Valentina are unbeatable, making your stay there something that you would like to repeat every time you can. My partner and I made a reservation from August 29 at the Selina hostel. When we arrived at the hotel, on December 31, we were surprised that we did not have a reservation because according to them "Selina went bankrupt and now the owner of the hotel manages the place", that is, they changed owners without even thinking about upcoming reservations, achieving a terrible execution in the transition. Despite having the entire hotel with the Selina branding! They gave us a single room to spend that night, for a much higher price than what we had budgeted and only for one day since there were no other rooms. Then, that same night, we went to booking to see where to stay the rest of the days and we saw that there were rooms available at a much lower price than the one we paid, so we decided to take them. A few hours later, we received a message from the hotel, mentioning that there was an error on the platform and that they did not have availability for us. Once again, poor management is observed on this platform because we still had no place to spend our vacations in which we wanted to rest. This forced us to change hotels and they continued to hide behind the argument of having changed owners. They never apologized, far from it, they gave us a solution, they only transferred all the responsibility to us as clients. To complete, they never gave us an invoice, they do not have a dataphone and they only receive payments in cash or transfer, evidencing how little digital progress they have. Their internet does not work, and there is no signal either. The towels are wet and have a damp smell. We do not recommend it at all
