We stayed at Fivitel Hotel Da Nang with our family (two kids aged 3 and 7) for several nights, and everything was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the river. The staff was incredibly kind, always smiling, and willing to help – from the front desk to the restaurant team. The kids loved the rooftop pool with its panoramic view, and we really enjoyed the rich and varied breakfast that included both local and international dishes. The location is excellent – close to the river, the promenade, and just a short drive to the beach and city center. In summary – a high-quality hotel with warm, personal service, very clean, and perfect for families. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Da Nang!

Best hotel in Danang! Amazing views and facilities. Just one thing I found missing was vegetarian food options. They were very less. Otherwise all the services, spacious rooms, the spa, the gym, the pool were great. Definitely recommended 👍

We already knew that the room had only one key, but since we traveled as a group, it became quite inconvenient as everyone had different schedules. At first, it wasn’t too much of a problem because the staff still came to unlock the door. However, by the third time, even after calling several times, they said they would come up immediatly and then no one showed up, which was frustrating. When we first arrived at the hotel, our group was not welcomed properly according to standard procedures—there was no welcome drink or luggage assistance, even though the lobby wasn’t busy. One of my friends tried to ask the receptionist some questions, but while he was asking, a middle-aged man arrived after him and was immediately served before finished his curios, which felt disrespectful. This kind of service definitely needs improvement. The food options also lacked variety and could be more diverse. Many of the facilities were broken. One of the most uncomfortable things was that the family room had a transparent glass bathroom door, while the single rooms had solid wooden , this felt unsuitable. On top of that, some staff members were not friendly or helpful, which made the stay less pleasant. By the way, the landscape looks from the balcony of hotel still good!
