Fiyavalhu Maldives

The Fiyavalhu is a very dreamy hotel. We spent our honeymoon here and the staff and service was absolutely amazing! They were very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and it is a cozy and lovely hotel with a great vibe! It’s not a big hotel, which makes it more secluded and the many areas for relaxing at the beach and pool means it’s never crowded - even when the hotel is full. We had a beach villa which was the perfect choice. Immediate access to the beach and clean rooms with excellent room service. The hotel is on a local island, which means they cannot serve alcohol in the restaurant and there isn’t a bar on the hotel premises. To have a cocktail or a drink, they will drive you over on a little speedboat to the “Floating Bar” which is a boat by the shore. It is a bit of a shame that you can’t have a wine with your dinner or a cocktail on the beach- so just be aware 😊 On the other hand, when we were on the boat we night, we got to see sharks and manta rays - which was amazing! Since it is a local island, you can walk into the village and see what small Maldives island life is like. We managed to see lots of fish when snorkeling by the shore, but the island does not have a proper House reef. We would definitely recommend the Fiyavalhu resort to others and we had the honeymoon of our dreams 🥰

I stayed at the Fyavalhu resort in April. It was an unforgettable experience, fantastic sea, beautiful beach, helpful and courteous staff. The rooms are clean and cozy but above all I would like to thank Charlie and Mia from the diving center. Charlie Clerc was my instructor for the PADI open water certificate. I would like to thank him for his professionalism and passion, it was an unforgettable experience, in enchanting places with a prepared instructor who always made me feel safe and protected.

I spent 9 unforgettable days at Fiyavalhu! The resort's dive center was the highlight of my stay. Charlie Clerc and Mia are exceptional guides who introduced me to the beauty of the sea. I also obtained my PADI Open Water Diver certification with Charlie, a unique and passionate instructor. His passion is contagious and he transmitted his love for this sport to me!! In addition,the presence of Mia gave me an incredible help and self confidence! The island is a true paradise, with an amazing white sand beach! The staff was always kind and helpful, especially Mariyam and Larisa! Fiyavalhu is a dream come true and I'll definitely be back!!
