Yes.. The room was very hot but it was 36 degrees outside!! The shower was in a corner of the room that was odd but it served its purpose. Yes the room was small and outdated but I came for a good night sleep and that was what I got! This was my second time in this hotel and I am happy with it. Off course I like big modern rooms with coffee and tea facilities but I am not willing to pay extra for that!
The staff is friendly and tried to help with most of the things but the hotel is lacking a lot of things. The beds are small and not very comfortable. Watch out that the advertised room sizes might not be realistic. The housekeeping ignored our request to make up the room but the receptionist tried to help as much later on. There was a mix up in the booking and we ended up getting a smaller room
This is the worst hotel we have ever been to. The room is very small and very old. Old small TV. The furniture and interior are very old. The bed is just awful! We couldn't sleep all night. There is no tea, coffee or kettle in the room. I see this for the first time in a 4 star hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the same money you can stay in Apeldoorn in a hotel right opposite the Royal Palace. Only you will live in spacious, modern rooms, with a huge TV, with a Nespresso coffee maker and sleep on a huge king-size bed.
