Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Leidschendam Den Haag

We are French tourists and stayed at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Leidschendam-Den Haag. It was an incredible experience that we will never forget! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was superb, and everything was perfect: TV, facilities, cleanliness. The hotel's atmosphere and the staff are simply amazing. We loved our stay and will definitely come back to stay longer next time. This hotel has become a cherished memory for us. We will return with great pleasure! We stayed two nights room only during a cycling holiday. Location perfect for accessing the dunes and coast, we spent a day cycling around the area and exploring the adjoining Westfield Mall where we had dinner. So we didn’t eat in the hotel and can’t comment on the food. Cycling storage was over the water on a type of dock on the lake and it was secure. We had to charge our e-bike batteries in the room as there’s no charging point in the bike storage area. Staff are helpful and friendly. Lobby and 4 floors high atrium are very swish and stylish. Our room overlooked the shopping mall but there’s a lake at the back which looks lovely.

Situated right next to one of the biggest shopping malls in the Netherlands, with a tram stop that will take you quickly and cheaply into the center of The Hague or Delft. I was happy with the position. Once I'd understood how the (free) parking worked, great. Easy to get to the main roads, Gouda, Leiden a short drive;both well worth a visit.I found the rooms a bit spartan,no fridge but they did have a Nespresso machine. Very clean. We tried the restaurant out twice, first time was exceptional, rarely had such tender duck and well presented. Second time didn't have several things on the menu, told after we had ordered, greasy fish , very unexceptionable so a bit hit and miss.
