Fletcher Wellness Hotel Helmond

Modern hotel close to center of city with plenty parking. My hotel room was handicapped friendly with a wide door, high bed and bathroom with bars. The bathroom door was a sliding door, the cabinets here open by touch no handles. Wide shower, the closet had a pull down handle to lower the clothing rack and hangers. Downside is that the shower water goes all over the floor. Maybe lower the shower stall wall? There was nothing to squeegee the water back to the drain. The spa was simple but price for flip flops was ridiculous overpricing. The clientele leans onto the older side. The lounge is lovely and has carpeting. They don't scrimp on rum in mixed drinks. The cocoon is a nice idea, relaxing and more private than napping on the patio. Downside is there was a charge for a simple bag to store towel, water bottle and magazine. Most other spas offer this free of charge. Also you are not supposed to use phones in dressing room but a shocking number do use them. This and the price for everything lowered my star rating on this hotel

Overall, my room was nice. However, upon the morning of check out, I discovered six large canisters of nitrous oxide, balloons, and a vibrator under my bed. Presumably my room had been used for some type of whippet orgy and housekeeping were not checking or cleaning under the beds. I was in a group, and the person using the bed (in the room next door to mine) arrived to obviously stained sheets, which should never have been on the bed, and ultimately drew me to some specific conclusions upon discovering what I did under my bed days later. Also, upon checking in, the hotel-provided shampoo/body wash next to the shower was empty, and had to inquire at the front desk to get it refilled.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING, we paid for breakfast only to see the mouse running over the kitchen!! Overall this place is just dirty, extremely sticky floor, especially in elevators. Dirty walls in room, dirty floor in bathroom. Place maybe is not like extremely expensive but still not cheap and cleanliness is the absolute minimum… It's very rare for me to give a bad review, but the mouse at breakfast was an exaggeration. At least the service is really nice, but I've never had such a terrible breakfast experience.
