Great hospitality and service. The shower head was not working in our room and they offered us another room. As we had settle down in our room, the hotel staff immediately came up and gave us another room on the same level to shower. Impressive.

Had Buffet, the waiters are excellent, very professional. Thank you for the services and gave us a great time dinning experience!

Booked a quadtriple room for 4 nights. Room: The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but when we checked in, the room had a strong smell of smoke. We feedback to the front desk and they came up to check and promptly change a room for us. The room was big enough for all 3 adults to open 3 medium size luggage comfortably and still had enough space to walk around. The room had 2 queen size beds and four pillows on each bed. There are no 🔌sockets or bedside tables next to the beds, and the only place to charge all our devices was the charging table desk to the study desk (see pic). It was not convenient for 3 people to share, but it helped us not use our phones in bed before we slept 😅. But for anyone who needs to use the CPAP machine, it may not be convenient. The toilet is of a good and they put in an additional metal hook on glass shower door for us to hang more towels. The hotel does not have a self-service laundry room but they have laundry service. Location: The hotel was about 700m from the Hsinchu Train Station, and it was easy to walk there even with luggage. There are 3 convenient stores around the hotel and also a soybean milk shop (永和豆浆). Big city which is a big shopping mall (with shops like nitori, uniqlo, daiso and city super). Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was good especially the beef soup where you can put in beef slices and pour hot soup over it to cook the meat. Asahi beer on tap is also served during breakfast. There is a good mix of Taiwanese breakfast and western breakfast. All in all, the experience of staying in the hotel is good!
