Amazing hotel and experience. Big shout out to the Front Office team, especially to Serhan the bellman; very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping was great, the food was good. We really liked the Italian Restaurant. Pools were always clean. 5 stars

Based on our experience, I have to say that the hotel did not meet expectations at all, nor did it match the reviews we had read before our arrival. • Room: The shower leaked so badly that water flowed outside, leaving the entire towel soaked after every shower, and the more we used it, the worse it got – it was likely a cracked pipe. The couch that served as an extra bed was in a disastrous condition – sagging, impossible to sleep on properly, and even collapsed during the night. Cleanliness was not as advertised; a vacuum cleaner would have been necessary. If we didn’t give the cleaner a tip, we didn’t even get water. When we complained to the manager, he reacted mockingly, asking if we couldn’t just get water from the bar. But it’s about the principle. • Beach: The beach had straws and plastic cups scattered in the sand, which looked very neglected – regular cleaning would definitely help. The sunbeds were old and in poor condition, constantly folding on their own, making it impossible to lie comfortably. Beach towels were in very bad condition – old and even dirty, and definitely in need of replacement. There were NO SHOWERS OR TOILETS on the beach, which I consider a major drawback. Transportation to the beach was organized by a bus that only ran once per hour. • Food: The food was very monotonous and repeated every day. There were hardly any sauces for the meat, so everything felt dry. Fruit was very limited – mostly just watermelon and oranges, occasionally a banana or plums, despite the hotel advertising exotic fruits like mango or other varieties. The beach snacks were very poor: fries, falafel, dry meat, warm cucumber, and ketchup, as everything was left out in the sun. The only fruit on the beach was oranges. Overall, beach dining was very limited, which is a big minus for an ultra all-inclusive package. • Atmosphere & Entertainment: This hotel is definitely not suitable for young people. The program ends at 10 PM, and after that, it’s completely quiet. During the day or evening, there was no music playing anywhere in the hotel, restaurants, or bars – not even as background music – making the atmosphere very silent and dull. On the beach, music played for about an hour a day, and by the pool briefly during lunch. Most of the time, there was complete silence; we could only hear music from the neighboring hotel. The area around the hotel is not suitable for walks – everything is under construction, so there’s nowhere to go outside. During our stay, the hotel experienced power outages about five times, leaving everything in complete darkness; maybe this wasn’t entirely their fault, but they should have been prepared with something like a generator. • Staff: A major downside is the attitude of the staff. During conversations, staff members would casually pick up their phones and stop paying attention to us. In the bars, waiters argued with each other, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere that made us feel unwelcome. Overall, this hotel did not match the promised standard at all.
