Villas we're not that maintained. Air-conditioning in our room is out dated hence the cooling capacity didn't meet the temperature as chose as well as with the room of my sister. Not advisable if you are to pay the rate as published in their website. Customer service in their restaurant and cafe is good, they also have a family bundle promo that is good for sharing. Some of their establishment are closed. I hope the management will make a way to renovate and continue maintaining the hotel.
Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Good for family get-together. Villas needs some upgrading. Interiors are still the same as how it look decades ago. Refrigerator has rust while TV is outdated same with the furnitures. Villa restrooms doesnt have a bidet. :(
At first glance, the hotel appears to be a top-of-the-range establishment, but it only takes a few minutes to become disillusioned. A simple visit to the reception toilets shows that the establishment can no longer afford to maintain its infrastructure. Not that it's dirty, but it's old and borderline functional. A visit to the restaurant for dinner also shows that the hotel lacks the means, as very few dishes were available. The wait to be served was 45 minutes for 3 Korean dishes and a plate of rice, but it was good all the same. It's a pity, because the dining room is large and well decorated. The staff were very smiling and friendly despite the situation. We then moved on to our rooms in a small house not far from the hotel. Here, too, we could see the dilapidated state of the place, but everything was clean. The beds were well made and comfortable, with good pillows, which is really appreciated. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer. There's also a kettle with cups and instant coffee, not to mention cream and sugar. The TV, although modern, has very few channels and the picture quality is abysmal, so it's better to turn it off and play Monopoly. Nor is there any WI-FI throughout the complex, which is incomprehensible and unacceptable these days. As for breakfast, it's just like the restaurant. No choice available, 1 grilled half-toast, 2 eggs and 2 slices of filipino-type sweet ham accompanied by coffee or tea on request. Nothing else...In short, the value for money is largely to the customer's disadvantage, so I can't recommend this establishment if I'm honest.
