Four Points by Sheraton Bandung

My recent two-night leisure stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Bandung last week was largely a positive experience, particularly highlighted by the exceptional service. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth and efficient, with our deluxe room ready for us in the afternoon. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. Our deluxe room was comfortable and clean, offering good views of the city landscape and distant mountains. All basic amenities were in good working order, and we appreciated the relatively quiet atmosphere in the room. While the rooms themselves are comfortable, I'd describe them as average in terms of design or luxury, though perfectly functional for a pleasant stay. A standout aspect of our visit was the breakfast service. Despite a somewhat limited array of vegetarian options in the buffet, the restaurant staff went above and beyond. When I inquired, they proactively arranged for custom vegetarian meals on both days. The chef even came out personally to confirm my preferences, which was an incredibly impressive and thoughtful touch, demonstrating a remarkable level of personal care and attention to detail. Regarding facilities, while the gym and pool areas are relatively small, I opted not to use them as they seemed quite busy and noisy, perhaps due to the adjacent kids' play area. This setup might be ideal for families with children, but it wasn't a fit for my personal preference for a quieter environment. The hotel's location in Dago is excellent, offering great convenience with cool shops and basic amenities easily accessible around the property. Overall, the staff at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung are truly excellent, and the hotel itself boasts a nice decor and a welcoming ambiance. Despite the average room experience and busy recreational facilities, the outstanding service, especially at breakfast, left a lasting positive impression. I wouldn't mind staying here again on future visits to Bandung.

Yesterday, I stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed with my experience. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with complete amenities. The hotel's location is also very strategic, making it easy for me to access various places. However, what made my experience particularly memorable was the outstanding service from the hotel staff at the bar, named Erwin. He was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Erwin truly made me feel warmly welcomed and always ensured that I was comfortable. As a suggestion, perhaps the breakfast menu could be a little more varied, but that does not diminish my overall amazing experience. Overall, I am very satisfied and will definitely return to stay at this hotel. Thank you for the excellent service, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly service.
