Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield

In May we celebrated our son’s first birthday at Kalinga Hall, Four Points by Sheraton, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Mr. Promit was extremely professional and helpful. He shared a clear plan covering all the arrangements and ensured that communication was always timely and smooth. The hall was beautifully set up, and everything was well-organized just as we had discussed. Our guests really enjoyed the warm ambience and the great service. Overall, it was a wonderful celebration and a memorable day for our family. Highly recommend this venue and the team for any special occasion!

Lovely experience. The location is good at the heart of the city. Ambience and feel of the hotel is very warm and hospitable. Clean spacious rooms with all amenities. The staff is courteous and helpful. Good variety of options for breakfast too.

The food and service at 4 Points was outstanding. Their restaurant lived up to the high expectations for Bangalore food. One thing I would have liked but missed was dosa. There was other food to try and enjoy without dosa. The restaurant servers were attentive and anticipated what I needed. I was drinking lots of water that was always filled by the servers, offering fresh coffee in the morning, and even recommending items I might like from the buffet. The hotel staff was flexible to a couple scheduling mistakes made on my part. They pointed out my mistake and took care of it. Much appreciated. The rooms are excellent. This is a Sheraton by Marriott property and the rooms were on "point". Haha. I'm picky about mattresses and often time dread travelling because some hotel mattresses are uncomfortable. This is a pet peeve of mine because when I travel I expect to be as or more comfortable than at home. My 4 Points Sheraton room's bed was firm and comfortable. The location is close to the tech center vicinity for those on business. Just plan for traffic and leave yourself enough time to arrive on time. That's not a 4 Point problem but a Bangalore traffic issue due to the incredible growth not met by the city's infrastructure (roads).
