Four Points By Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Bay

Went for a weekend getaway with my family to celebrate my mother's birthday, and we had a great time. We booked two Cabana Ocean View rooms with connecting doors, and they were very spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated the hotel staff's special attention, including a complimentary birthday cake and free private transfer from the ferry terminal. The breakfast had a good spread, mostly featuring Indonesian cuisine. There’s also a western restaurant by the sea with a great live band at night, which added to the relaxing vibe. The private beach was clean, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Overall, it was a memorable stay and we would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan. Our villa was very spacious and comfortable, with a private pool and a stunning ocean view right in front of us. Compared to Japan, everything was more affordable, so we enjoyed delicious meals and shopping at great value. A special thank you to RIO and RENDRA from the housekeeping team—they made an adorable crocodile out of towels for our kids! It was such a delightful surprise and became one of the most memorable moments of our trip. Highly recommended for families!

Great experience during our recent 2-nights stay at Four Points. Location is on a peaceful and quiet stretch of beach at Lagoi Bay. The beach is sandy and shallow. The resort is quite new and the build quality - from public spaces to the rooms - was quite good. One interest thing is that the children’s pool is huge - compared to other resorts where children’s pool is just a small part of the main pool. Kids can have lots of fun safely while parent can relax. Not a lot of dining options within the resort - just the main restaurant and beach club. Limited menu options. However, the Indonesia food served (both ala carte and morning buffet) is really very good! Must ask for their chilli which comes in various varieties to go with your meal. The overall service standard from the resort is excellent. Professional and courteous. We wish to commend Ms Siska, manager of service staff at the main restaurant. She always took great care of us as we had our 4yo daughter with us. When we were awaiting our room on first day, she constantly helped us to check with the front desk on the matter and served us coffee while we waited. Overall, a great experience at this resort.
