From the moment we arrived, the level of service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member, from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The buffet was a highlight: beautifully presented, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that catered to all tastes. Staff in the dining area were exceptional—professional, friendly, and quick to assist, without ever being intrusive. It’s clear that attention to detail and guest satisfaction are top priorities here. An outstanding experience from start to finish—we’ll absolutely return.
Hotel itself is good, location is far out of you want to go into Benidorm (around 12-15 euro each way). Buffet for an evening meals is 34 euro for an adult or 15 euro for a child (we did not go for this). The coffee shop has pizza for about 12 euro. The issues i had were that the cleaning staff did not replace the coffee / tea etc each day (it was never refilled) also they only replaced the bottles of water once, on the day we moved into a second booking. Speaking to the cleaning staff they do NOT refill the coffee or water during your stay, but they said as a one off they would provide some water. For a Marriott branded hotel, i found the above bad service, even the Aloft brand (lower end for Marriott) would do this... Breakfast was good, but it only opened at 8am, where often you would find queues of families waiting to get in as families normally rise early - this should really be 7am. The pool was good, but this opened at 11am, this seemed really strange to me as i would have expected this to be opened by 9am. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice hotel, but it just needs a few tweaks by the management, to alter opening times and refilling the things in the rooms. All staff were great.
We stayed at the hotel for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our overall experience. A special mention goes to Mary from the housekeeping team—she consistently kept our room spotless and was always warm, helpful, and accommodating, which truly enhanced our stay. We absolutely loved the direct access to Terra Mítica Park. It made our visit even more memorable, and our time at the park was truly fantastic. I would like to offer a bit of constructive feedback regarding the bathroom in our room. Unfortunately, the bathtub design appears to be flawed, as water tends to spill over the edges, leaving the entire floor wet after every use. This issue is compounded by the absence of a floor drain, meaning the water remains on the floor until it is cleaned the following day. Aside from that, the service provided by the staff has been excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive to all our needs. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay—consistently delicious and satisfying. It would be even better with a bit more variety in the daily offerings. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
