I’ve visited Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark a couple of times—both with family and colleagues—and each visit has been comfortable and enjoyable in terms of stay and service. The hotel is well-located in the Infopark area, with easy access and ample parking, making it ideal for business or short leisure trips. The ambience is classy and well-maintained, with modern interiors and clean common areas. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and neatly maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay—comfortable bedding, clean bathrooms, and efficient room service. The rooftop pool and fitness center add to the appeal, especially for longer stays. The hospitality and staff service have consistently been warm and professional, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. That said, I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the food hasn’t lived up to expectations on multiple visits. While the buffet spread looks impressive, the taste and quality have been underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel experience. There’s definitely room for improvement in this area. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Kochi—clean, comfortable, and reliable. I would still recommend it, especially for business travelers and group stays.
