Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah

The hotel is very good, but the view is not nice. Breakfast is very good as well. However, what's annoying is the swimming lessons taking place, which makes it hard to enjoy the pool. You end up having to use the kids’ pool, which has no lifeguard. The sauna room is under maintenance, and there are no towels in the steam or sauna rooms. Overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a five-star. Four stars would be more accurate. Compared to DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah, which truly deserves five stars, this hotel falls short.

I stayed there for four days during my business trip. The location is good. The food quality at breakfast and dinner is excellent. I didn't face any challenges even though I am vegetarian. The room is large and the cleaning is good The staff is very polite and friendly.

The swimming pool was often overcrowded with local children, rendering it noisy and practically unusable during the day. On the positive side, the gym was well-equipped, though towels were occasionally unavailable. The staff was friendly and professional, and the hotel was generally clean. The location is convenient and a definite highlight. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements in pest control and pool management would enhance the experience.
