Nice hotel, new and clean apartments with amazing sea side view. Thanks to Michael’s help at the check in service (he helped us tremendously with the booking and the parking for our car) he gave us such a welcoming and friendly start for our Vacation. What a wonderful experience!
We stayed for three nights with breakfast and the hotel was a nice surprise. Everything is really clean and lots of options for breakfast, eggs, vegetables, sausages, they offer gluten free bread on request, since we don't eat gluten and lactose.
It was the worst holiday I've ever had. The photos on the website have nothing to do with the sea and pool. The pool is dirty, and some receptionists say there's a problem and they'll fix it tomorrow, while the hotel manager says the pool is clean. They'd rather lie than try to make amends. The sea in front of the hotel is full of garbage and seaweed. The elevators are broken, make a lot of noise, and sometimes you can see they're not working. The room cleaning is inadequate. They're completely unresponsive. I feel really bad for the children who went into the pool. On the other hand, a Bulgarian taxi driver didn't give me change for 12 leva. I'd invested time and money for this five-night holiday, but it was a complete disappointment. Bulgaria is not a beach holiday destination, and stay away.
