Exceptional Stay with Authentic Breakfast, Amazing Service, and Perfect Location! This hotel gave us one of the best breakfast experiences ever. The atmosphere was truly special - traditional music playing in the background and various delicious local and international dishes. What made it even more memorable was the exceptional service from the breakfast staff - they were attentive, and welcoming, and made sure every guest felt taken care of. It truly felt like a 5-star dining experience every morning. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is also very strategic — directly connected to a shopping mall, which made dining, shopping, and getting around extremely convenient. My parents-in-law, visiting from Malaysia, were so impressed with everything — especially the breakfast — that they’re already looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommended. We would all happily return!
I had a great experience staying at Four Points by Sheraton Pakuwon. The breakfast was amazing with lots of delicious and fresh options. The bedroom was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for resting after a busy day. I also loved the modern design and peaceful atmosphere. The service was excellent, and I want to give a special shoutout to Emir, one of the waiters. He was very friendly and helpful, really made our morning more enjoyable! Just a note: traffic around the hotel can get quite busy on weekends, so plan your travel time accordingly. Overall, still a great place to stay. Highly recommended and I’d be happy to come back!
From the moment I checked in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade—an unexpected touch that set the tone for an excellent stay. Every staff member I encountered was not only highly professional but also incredibly warm, managing that perfect balance between friendliness and respect. It really made a difference. Room service was prompt and efficient, with everything delivered just right. And when it was time to check out, the process was just as effortless as check-in. Less than a minute to Pakuwon mall, there is connecting door from the lobby to inside the mall. Shoutout to all the staff from the front desk, bell boy to housekeeping. Definitely will go back here!
