Four Seasons Explorer Palau Cruising Resort

One of my favorite resorts I've ever been too! When you think of a tropical location the view from your table at breakfast is probably what you envision. Peace and quiet looking out over the ocean with a little island off in the distance with a single palm tree. We had the meals included which were fantastic! Dinner buffet cuisine changed nightly allowing us to try stuff we maybe normally wouldn't have. Shore diving was great with giant clams and cuttlefish easy to see. Diving with Fish n Fins was world class matched by the world class dive sites a few of which are in the Top 10 dive sites in the world list. I've traveled and dove all around the world and this place still is near the top and a defiant must go back!

The room was average and didn't feel worth the price. The view was also mediocre or even worse than Fiji. The service staff at the hotel were particularly rude. Bikinis are not allowed in the restaurant and if you are not a tenant don't come to eat in the restaurant, you are not allowed to go anywhere but the restaurant!!!!

We are not the guests here, just here for lunch. However the restaurant attendant told us in a very rude manner that we can't take photos at the beach and the pool. I've never seen the restaurant staff with such an attitude, what did she mean by 'remove by security guards?' , we are not doing something criminal here,just taking some photos shouldn't trigger such a big warning. We accept the friendly reminder but not such a serious warning ⚠️, this is very disappointing, will never come here again, good luck with having more guests here bearing such an attitude here.
