I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation. This was my second visit to your wonderful hotel, and it certainly won’t be the last. Every time I return, I’m reminded of why I choose the Four Seasons — the warm welcome, the outstanding service, and the incredible attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Your team is always ready to assist with anything I need, and they do so with a genuine smile. During this visit, I had the pleasure of celebrating my friend’s birthday with you, and the celebration you arranged was beyond perfect — it truly felt like I was celebrating with family, not in a hotel. Thank you for always making me feel at home. The speed and quality of service, the care in every gesture, and the magical ambiance are simply unmatched.
What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ariana at the Reception for her gracious welcome and outstanding professionalism. She greeted us with a warm smile, personally escorted us to our room, and took the time to clearly explain all the available services and amenities a gesture that made us feel immediately at home. I’d also like to commend Deri for his excellent communication and support. The property itself is both luxurious and incredibly comfortable, making it ideal for families. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and all services were readily available, ensuring a truly memorable and relaxing experience.
The rooms are small, but they have some lovely suites. The view is also pleasant, but it's obstructed by something that blocks the sight. The lobby is elegant, and there's convenient access to the mall. I also like their spa because it's cozy and always empty. They offer excellent massages (I recommend Katot). The food is good, and what's particularly convenient is that you can order room service from either Milano Cafe or Butcher.
