Fantastic experience! Top notch service , I arrive very late due a delayed flight, the hotel staff took care of me and my family. They mounted baby bed at 1 am without problems . We loved it !
Best hotel in Bogotá. From the moment we walked in, Bryan, Pedro and all the staff made a tremendous effort to make our stay was enjoyable. We are very thankful.
Spectacular stay! I booked the presidential suite & I have to say the room + the customer service was phenomenal. I also booked the private driver which was very much on-time where I requested them & front desk, especially Hugo & Miguel were more than great in terms of customer service. Will definitely book again!
