Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

What can I say, this is a fantastic hotel. The staff actually make this hotel special, they really look after you here. The hotel itself is really beautiful and well looked after. The suite I had was lovely with an excellent view over the sea. The food was amazing, especially for breakfast, so much choice, though missing some of the western things like bacon. But made up for in the array of other options. The spa and pool are really nice and there is a large gym. Overall it has excellent facilities. We also used the hotel to provide a car and driver to do the trips we wanted, which made things really easy. If you are going to Tunis, I would certainly recommend staying here. Its not the cheapest hotel but its very good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Tunis! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Mariem our customer experience representative, was awesome—always available, kind, and eager to help with anything we needed. She made sure every detail of our visit was perfect. Ali in the Kids Club was another standout. He took such great care of our children, keeping them engaged and happy, which allowed us to truly relax knowing they were in such good hands. As well as Skander and Mariem in the Azur Restaurant, and Ahmed who helped us many times with our bags- always attentive and offering helpful suggestions to make our stay wonderful. Our housekeeping staff was truly thorough and always kind! Never skipping special touches to make our room inviting and welcoming. Thank you as well for all the thoughtful extra touches throughout our stay—you created a truly memorable experience for our entire family. We also really enjoyed the Shisha experience. Our attendant was fantastic—attentive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the evening. We can’t wait to come back!
