**The room has bidet**👏 Great location with the river view. Staff are very helpful. We arrived late around 9 p.m. We asked the staff about microwave but he provided everything plate, folk and bring food to warm for us. The hotel has no elevator but the room is very good.
First impression: excellent view as you walk in. You get greeted by the amazing Maya and Nino! They made our stay extremely enjoyable so much so that I recommended my friends to stay herefor their trip- which they did! The room was extremely clean. The bathroom was perfect for Middle Eastern travellers as it has a "shattaf"!!!! Now for the location! It is within walking distance from the city center and the park as well as other ammenities like a massage parlour and pharmacy. It is 15km from Prometheus cave to the North west and many more caves and churches to the east!
I made an online reservation at the Four Seasons Riverside Hotel in Kutaisi, Georgia by booking.com , However, upon arrival and inspection of the room, I found several serious issues that made it impossible for me and my family to stay. The main problems were: • Very poor cleanliness of the room • Strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room. • Pets allowed in the hotel, which triggered allergies for me and my family — this was not clearly disclosed during booking. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I immediately canceled my stay and informed the hotel staff. However, the hotel refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that the room was not suitable for use.
