The hotel is great, located on Exhibition Street. Special thanks to Nawal, the receptionist, for her cooperation and facilitating the check-in process. The way she convinced us to stay at the hotel was more than wonderful. This was the first time my friend and I stayed at the hotel. The prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, the cleanliness. 👍👍
Room was neat and clean...check in and Check out timings are really good...
There is an Indian lady in the reception of the health club spa at night, she is very rude and impolite. She spoke behind our back in the health club spa. Knowing we were Indians too she was bad mouthing us to the masseuse because my friend asked if there was a discount before he started his session. The worst service I had ever seen! Pla don't go there, hope they replace such disrespectful woman!
