FUGO Hotel Samarinda

One of the best hotel in Samarinda. The service is a top notch, the staff really helpful when i need something. The interior is modern, especially the lobby and the room itself. They keep the room clean and neat. The breakfast also nice, they got various type of cuisine and the pastry is a must try.

A magnificent hotel on the banks of the Mahakam River, located inside Big Mall, the largest mall in Samarinda. Parking and the drop-off route at the concierge lobby are quite confusing. Hopefully, an alternative route will be found in the future for the convenience of hotel guests.

Very disappointing experience during my business trip. As a breastfeeding mother travelling for work, I request to store breastmilk in the hotel's freezer - something that should be basic and compassionate service. They completely refuse, no support and no understanding. Much later, they said they could allow it but only if I fill out some kind of statement letter. By then, it was already too late. I had already found alternative place to store it. Definitely will not coming back. And will not recommend this hotel at all.
