I want to give a special thanks to one of the staff members Dwi who served us so kindly and professionally her service truly made our experience even better. Had a great time during our stay at FKB. The service is exceptional but you may not find the Hotel to be as luxurious as other Hilton Settlements. Kid Friendly but a limited number of activities to do. It's a great place to just unwind and have lazy vacay beside the beach and pool. Our stay was made memorable and exceptional because of the staff especially Mohammed from the breakfast service and Patrick from the Room Service. Both of them went above and beyond to provide us with amazing service. Muhammad Sithek from the Valet Service made sure that we get the same level of service outside our room and around the resort. Hansen, Anna, Sezim, Deby, Nour, Akhmad and Henry catered to all our requests and arrangements during breakfast dinner and all around the day.
