Very much enjoyed staying here. The rooms and pool are fine for this price. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Nisa at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Also I received great service from Siteang, Phearun and Reaksa at the front desk. The restaurant is fantastic! Taida (Chork), all the other ladies and 1 gentleman (sorry I don’t know everyone’s name) were so great. Also the chefs in the kitchen, amazing! Thank you all so much. I hope to be lucky enough to return.

I want to thank Nisa and the team so much! They were very helpful organising onwards travel for us. Nisa always greeted us with such a big smile and we felt welcome by everybody at all times. The restaurant staff were also lovely, as was the food. We loved it so much we came back for a second time! Great value for money also. Comfortable and clean room. Would return again. Thanks guys :-)

I stayed at G Mekong Hotel and, unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied. Service – 3/10. The staff had difficulty providing accurate timing for services, which was inconvenient. Breakfast – The selection of dishes was very limited, the coffee was not tasty, and the food was too greasy. Spa services – I booked a 90-minute massage and scrub, but the session lasted only 73 minutes. The massage was disappointing – they simply applied oil (2/10). However, the scrub was done well (8/10). Cleanliness – 8/10, the hotel was generally clean. There are areas for improvement, especially in terms of service quality.
