Galway Heights Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Galway heights. We were welcomed with a delicious cup of pumpkin soup, due to the cooler climate. And seated in the relaxing bar area. The team were very warm to welcome us and Alex took us to walk in the tea fields before we visited the main town. The room was very spacious and very clean. The food was nice in the restaurant and the service was excellent. Because we were leaving early to travel onwards, the hotel team made us breakfast to go in pack up boxes and it was more than sufficient for a breakfast! The hotel has a billiards room, a smoking room (with Shisha) and a spacious bar area (Dubling bar) including live music and delicious cocktails. Highly recommend if you are traveling in the area.

We stayed here with a tour and it was a wonderful experience. While the weather was truly awful, the hotel staff and facilities made for a pleasant stay. The games room deserves a special shoutout with a pool table, books and TB with beanbags. Ideal to while away a wet afternoon. Food was good, service was first rate and the ambience was pampering.

We stayed at Galway Heights Hotel for a night and found it to be a decent experience overall. The food selection, while not extensive, was well prepared and satisfying. The surrounding area was beautiful and added a nice charm to the stay. While the room wasn’t the most comfortable, it was adequate for a short stay and served its purpose. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, making it a reasonable option for a brief visit to the area.
