Bad experience, second day of my stay they took my personal things away, I asked to speak with management they said she was not there because was on weekend and she didn’t work on weekends, few days later I found hair on my bed in between the blankets, inside bathroom door is nasty look like they never clean the door. Very small bathroom, at night time there is not hot water it’s warm but not hot.

This hotel had some pros and cons. Pros * This hotel is conveniently located to “La Calle de Los Dulces”, “El Zocalo”, el primer mercado, “La Calle de Los Sapos” and everything that is located close to the zocalo area is easily accessible by walking * The staff is friendly and welcoming Cons * We had things “mysteriously” go missing like a souvenir bag filled with artisan pieces of jewelry that was purchased locally and a Frida Kahlo book, we turned the whole room and the items were no where to be found. The staff checked the room before we left and only a charger was left behind so we know nothing else was left in the room * our first floor bathroom smelled like sewer the entire time and would would make the room smell * Our bedding was never changed even though we requested it several times due to a chocolate incident * The additional pay hotel “American” breakfast is extremely limited, is not a buffet, and it is the same 3 category items over and over, it got old by day 3. Everything else such as sweet bread was extra. Not to mention during the holiday the restaurant was severely overwhelmed and wait was 50-60 min which caused a lot of angry customers screaming and cursing * They only provide one hotel key, which seemed to disconnect every single night and we had to go downstairs to reset it * You can hear everything that is happening on the street and staff laughing at 7am
