The rooms were lovely. Pool was nice and staff super. I enjoyed the restaurant the most as the food, entrainment age service was top notch. Out of the city but it is luxury.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for over a month across several business trips, and overall, it’s a solid choice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent, and the pools are kept clean and organized which I appreciated after long workdays. However, service fell short during my last stay. I was met at reception by a young girl who rudely told me to switch rooms mid-stay, without any reasonable explanation. Worse, the bellboy was untrained, unprofessional later found out be just started working there. He repeatedly disturbed me, approaching me in the indoor pool with stupid questions, where I eventually had to tell him to get lost or else! Thankfully, I reached out to the Head of Reservations, Almendina, who handled the situation with real professionalism despite being on vacation at the time.After my departure, she assured me the matter was addressed, and I truly hope not to see the same staff faces next time. Her involvement is the only reason the situation didn’t escalate further, and having someone like her in charge is what maintains the hotel’s higher standard.
