Garden Hotel & SPA

Great room. Keeping it clean and tidy. Service not 100%, was told we have to pay for something after we checked out, but they found out that it isn't our room number? Communication is a barrier as English is not their main language. Life is small and slow. Almost every wait at my time I have to miss the lift because the room service lady had their trolley in the lift as well, causes it to be fully occupied. Maybe they should have another lobby for their room service staff with trolley. Location I can't affirm as I was only there to lay over, but decent supermarkets around so still not bad.

I was staying nearby at another hotel but checked in here as the hotel had a great gym. I am glad I checked in here as the standard was the same as western standards. I was very impressed with the hotel, rooms were clean and well decorated. The room service menu food was also great and generous. The gym was fantastic but I can’t believe it had no air conditioning or a water dispenser. Sadly the pool area wasn’t open. I didn’t get to try the breakfast as I had an early flight.

We stayed twice at the Garden Hotel and Spa and overall had a very pleasant experience. The highlights included the generous buffet breakfast, which offered a wide range of options such as Georgian khachapuri and Japanese sushi. The spa was also lovely; we especially enjoyed the firm massages and relaxing time in the sauna. The staff were wonderful, always warm, responsive, and ready to assist. They went out of their way to help us locate our missing luggage from the airport and arranged airport transfers for us. On the day of our early departure, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast, which was much appreciated. The rooms were a little inconsistent. In one of our stays, the kettle and TV were not working, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, we genuinely enjoyed both visits and appreciated the service and hospitality.
