We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary absolutely loved it! It was beautiful staff were lovely we got a room upgrade and a card and drink vouchers for our anniversary. Staff couldn't be more helpful and place was spotless! Elemiss products in the bathroom made my hair feel amazing, shower fantastic! Absolutely loved it we will definitely definitely definitely be back! X
My husband paid for an upgrade, so we could enjoy the freebie toiletries and a proper coffee machine. No samples and only 2 coffee pods lol! Lovely high end shampoo, and moisturiser that was completely empty, so didn't get to try it. The room was lovely and spacious, and the view from the window, was a lovely raised roof! Staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, and the lovely chap behind the bar was lovely (sorry, forgot your name). Good luck with your new baby! Location was perfect for The Theatre Royal.
The hotel is well located for the city centre, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were OK, clean but a little basic. The problem we found with the two rooms we booked was the temperature. One room was really hot and the other was really cold. Used the A/C in both but very ineffective. Also, in one room, the hot water kept going on and off, making a shower very uncomfortable. I admit, I was on a very tight schedule and did not have time to discuss this with the staff, so maybe they could have helped if given the opportunity. Car parking is limited and would suggest booking in advance, and the lifts are very small, which made it a very tight squeeze using my mothers wheelchair.
