NY's package was extremelly good value for what you get. Ski lift and rental were only a few meters up, so convenient. We only did not like that they had organised a glass pre-dinner at 6pm (which seemed very early if you want to enjoy the SPA...) but not like a countdown before midnight...?? Being NYE we found it a bit akward. However, we liked it afterwards in between fireworks and a mixed of old and fun tunes!! SPA overall and meals were great!!

We had a super stay, friendly staff, nice rooms and amazing food! Thanks for making our weekend unforgettable!

Overall would've been a great experience (good food, very friendly and accommodating staff, considering we stayed with a kid who is sometimes loud), if not for the beds. The matrasses are simultaneously rock hard and structurally unstable. That means you sleep on a rock that still manages to shift around underneath you. I've never had back pain in my life until I slept in this bed. My wife had the same experience. Pillows are also barely filled, as soon as you lay your head on one it sinks through onto the bed. Hotel management, sleep one night in room 404 if you don't believe me, I think I'll have backpain for days to come after this stay. Another strange decision is to close the spas at 8pm. People with kids understand why that's disappointing (basically only time you could comfortably go there would be after 8). I know thats my problem, but I've been to hotels where spa zones were open until 10pm with seemingly no compromise on quality. Like I said, overall it would've been an easy 4+ stars, but everything good simply doesn't matter if you have back pain after a night in a RELAXING SPA HOTEL.
